Dress Up Attack! returns for its third consecutive year with a new venue, new line up and new art & music experiences for all ages.
10am – 5pm Saturday 13 September 2014
Without further ado we are thrilled to announce that The Clouds will be headlining the festival in 2014!
Joining The Clouds for Dress Up Attack 2014 will be Phil Jamieson’s WoodenSpoon; a new, preschooler-approved undertaking by the former front man of Grinspoon. Rufino & The Coconuts and the Zoo Boyz will also play the main stage.
The much-loved jumping castle returns with a soundtrack in 2014. Supplied by Heaps Decent co-founder and Ro Sham Bo member Andrew Levins, the Levins’ Jumping Castle DJ Set will get your kids bouncing to the beatz.
Paint What You Hear workshops use classical and contemporary music and visual art to engage participants, encouraging them to respond to the music using crayons and paint. The workshops are engaging, fun and messy!
Meet & Greets with Dress Up Attack artists will take place once again in 2014. Festival favourite and very special guest Jimmy Giggle of ABC 4 Kids’ ‘Giggle & Hoot’ will be making an appearance and this man is not shy of a camera.
Multidisciplinary artist Alli Sebastian Wolf will be building and installing a Creepy-Crawly Adventure Maze, we’ll introduce The Dad Joke Bar and once again there will be the Awesome People Reading Books Stage.
Dress Up Attack is an All Ages event. Dressing up on the day is encouraged but not compulsory. Tickets to Dress Up Attack 2014 are on sale from Wednesday July 16. Get in quickly to take advantage of this year’s Early Bird rates while they last.
